I am running to continue contributing to the development of a governance system unlike any other in gaming or Web3. With 24 years of real-world nonprofit, organizational, and civic governance experience—including serving over a dozen times as Board President across multiple organizations—I bring a deeply practical, process-driven approach to decentralized leadership.
Over the past seven months on SAC2, I have focused on strengthening structure, transparency, and participation in the DAO. I believe in empowering the community, creating clear and consistent processes, and building systems that scale as we grow. My goal is to help shape Star Atlas governance into a model that blends efficiency, community autonomy, and innovation.
I’m excited to continue ideating and refining governance procedures, increasing community engagement, and onboarding more people into meaningful participation. This is an opportunity to build something truly new—A DAO structure that is functional, transparent, and resilient. I want to continue that work.
1) Why are you interested in serving on the Star Atlas DAO Council?
I want to continue to be a part of creating a new type of governance system.
2) What are you most excited to work on as a Council member?
Continuing to ideate processes and procedures.
3) What adjustments do you think should be made to the DAO structure/organization to enhance its effectiveness?
More engagement to grow participation. Bring Dan back!
4) Describe your relevant experience with gaming, governance and DAOs.
I have been a casual gamer since high school. I have been involved with several boards, non-profit organizations and trade organizations for 24 years, serving every role including the president role a dozen times. I have been heavily involved with my city’s city council and have changed city code several times. I have also been on SAC2 for the last 7 months. I am an entrepreneur and enjoy creating/running businesses.

Member of the French guild ECL Eclypse, active in the Star Atlas ecosystem for over three years. Passionate about SAGE Labs, resource management, and the economic balance of the metaverse.
I strongly support community-driven initiatives like the Arty Hosting Service, which helps small players access affordable automation hosting to grow their fleets.
My goal is to represent builders and everyday players who make Star Atlas thrive — by supporting practical, scalable solutions that strengthen both the economy and inclusiveness of the DAO.
1) Why are you interested in serving on the Star Atlas DAO Council?
I’m deeply passionate about the long-term vision of Star Atlas — not only as a game, but as a pioneering metaverse economy. I want to contribute to building systems that empower players, guilds, and creators to thrive within this universe. Joining the DAO Council is an opportunity to represent the community’s voice with clarity, transparency, and purpose. I believe in practical governance — balancing innovation with sustainability — and ensuring that every decision helps Star Atlas grow into the most immersive and self-sustaining Web3 ecosystem in gaming.
2) What are you most excited to work on as a Council member?
I’m most excited to help shape the framework for player-driven governance, economic balancing, and guild incentives. I want to strengthen the bridge between developers and the community — making feedback loops more efficient, data-driven, and transparent. I’m also eager to collaborate on proposals that improve resource flow, in-game industries, and the overall sustainability of the Star Atlas economy. In short, I want to help Star Atlas evolve into a thriving, player-owned galaxy that rewards creativity, strategy, and collaboration.
3) What adjustments do you think should be made to the DAO structure/organization to enhance its effectiveness?
The DAO needs a clearer operational framework that allows faster execution of community-driven initiatives. I believe improving transparency, accountability, and communication between the Council, Working Groups, and builders would significantly enhance efficiency.
We should prioritize:
Better coordination tools and dashboards (like a “Zink”-style governance dashboard) for proposal tracking and resource allocation.
Simplifying participation for smaller guilds and solo players, making governance more inclusive.
Defining clearer milestones aligned with the project’s roadmap — CORE, Starpath, Never Alone, Holosim, and UE Patch — to ensure DAO actions are synchronized with development progress.
Ultimately, a DAO should operate with the same agility as a live ecosystem — structured enough to be reliable, but flexible enough to evolve with the community.
4) Describe your relevant experience with gaming, governance and DAOs.
I’ve been part of the Star Atlas universe for over three years, actively following its growth and engaging with its evolving economy and gameplay. As a dedicated SAGE Labs player since launch, I’ve developed a strong understanding of crafting systems, resource logistics, and economic strategy within the game.
I’m also a proud member of ECL Eclypse, a French guild focused on teamwork, learning, and contribution to the broader Star Atlas community. My goal is to help the guild grow in reputation while supporting a healthier and more connected ecosystem.
Having experienced multiple phases of the project — from CORE to Holosim — I’m excited to contribute to shaping a DAO that reflects the creativity, strategy, and passion of its community.

I have no conflicts of interest in the gaming or Web3 sectors. My only focus is on contributing to the growth of Star Atlas and its community.
Current PVP: 15,000,000 (taking part in 5-yr 10x program)
I am currently on the SAC-2 council and I am heavily invested in Star atlas. I aim to improve the DAO by making it easier to participate in the DAO and keeping the DAO informed of Council activities.
On SAC-2 council, we achieved more 100+ accomplishments improving the ecosystem, published 30+ meeting reports, paid out 40M+ ATLAS to PIP authors, enabled participation of 1.6K+ voters with 1B total PVP. We have streamed almost every public DAO meeting to maximize transparency. I want to continue that trend.
I’m dedicated to Star Atlas’s success. I offer proven leadership, web3 expertise, game experience, and contract/proposal skill. I ask for your vote on the Star Atlas Council's 3rd term.
1) Why are you interested in serving on the Star Atlas DAO Council?

A refresh of the governance process and continuing to make the DAO community fully aware of what the Council is doing.
3) What adjustments do you think should be made to the DAO structure/organization to enhance its effectiveness?
Ability to use the operations budget to bring in more paid staff to do work.
4) Describe your relevant experience with gaming, governance and DAOs.

I am part of Super Phoenix DAO. I am part of Vanguard and BULK guilds.
I am looking forward to being considered to be part of the council and I hope to get the chance to share my knowledge and experience with the star atlas community, I will be continuing to be part of governance regardless of if I win or not
1) Why are you interested in serving on the Star Atlas DAO Council?
The project needs to be successful and I feel as if I am good at helping to create governments
2) What are you most excited to work on as a Council member?
Being part of creating the first ever digital nation state is something too good to pass up
3) What adjustments do you think should be made to the DAO structure/organization to enhance its effectiveness?
We need to continue to monitor and refine the governance structure and continue to add more governance pips as the project grows, and I do agree that were at a stage where any additions and changes need to be slow and gradual so we don't get locked into structures that don't hold up over time
4) Describe your relevant experience with gaming, governance and DAOs.
I am very active in real life politics and have been for my entire life with a strong emphasis on government theory, I have been involved with the dao since day 1, I have been playing mmos and games with real cash economies for a long time including before crypto was really a thing (entropia)

I am working on building my own web 3 gaming company as well as other projects in web 3
I’m running for Council to take action in governance and assist in shipping PIPs that will help us grow our DAU and ecosystem.
My top focus is communication and outreach: Making governance accessible in every language we speak here in the Star Atlas global community.
I am in the planning stage to launch a Translator & DAO Helper Network in each Discord language community with a clear playbook, so POLIS holders get DAO news and local-language access to the PIP process, plus a two-way funnel that translates drafts back into English for the DAO stage.
Participation is low; even a few active members per language can change the curve. The DAO must not be kept to the few already following chats. We will proactively reach those who might feel excluded or are simply unaware.
Success for my term: participation rates higher than when I started.
Experience: Since 2021, senior leadership in ROME Guild (comms, internal admin, co-managing a ~$20,000 treasury). 15 years leading sandbox-MMO guilds (up to 30–40 active players). This would be my first formal DAO governance role. I’m ready to bring fresh energy and reliability.
1) Why are you interested in serving on the Star Atlas DAO Council?
Governance grows when people show up. I want to invest more of my time to help the Star Atlas ecosystem and do my part to keep governance active, credible, and growing. I’ve followed DAO Chat and joined PIP discussions; now I’m ready to serve on this next council, do the unglamorous work reliably, and help unlock broader participation by making proposals and debate more accessible to multilingual POLIS holders.
2) What are you most excited to work on as a Council member?
Beyond my regular duties, I want to focus on multi-lingual PIP templates + author support; regular outreach and governance education inside and outside our community; multilingual summaries/discussions so more holders feel confident voting and participating in PIP creation and debates.
I’ll also stand up a Translator & DAO Helper Network in each language community here on Discord with a clear playbook to bring DAO news and local-language access to the PIP process, plus a two-way funnel to translate proposals back into English and present them on the DAO stage.
Participation is low; a handful of active members can change the trajectory. The DAO must not be left to the few who already follow chats. We will proactively reach those who feel excluded or don’t even know Star Atlas governance exists.
Success for my term: participation rates higher than when I started.
3) What adjustments do you think should be made to the DAO structure/organization to enhance its effectiveness?
Overall, the current structure does a fine job enabling councilors to carry out their duties. Our key improvement area is communication and outreach; it’s the work I’m most excited to focus on, in collaboration with POLIS holders.
4) Describe your relevant experience with gaming, governance and DAOs.
Since 2021, I’ve taken on increasing responsibilities within ROME Guild, one of the largest and most active DACs in the Star Atlas ecosystem. I now hold a senior leadership role, handling communications, internal administration, and co-managing a treasury of roughly $20,000. Over the past 15 years, I’ve also led MMO guilds of up to 30–40 active players. This would be my first formal DAO governance role, and I’m ready to bring fresh energy and dedication to the Council.
